MUHS 2023
MUHS 2023 was a successful return back to the in-person symposium. This year our theme was “Innovation: Breaking Down Barriers”. Our goal was to create an opportunity for students to exchange knowledge and network with professionals in an interdisciplinary fashion between all major professions in our Canadian healthcare system today. Students discussed modern issues in our healthcare system with extraordinary keynote speakers Senator Gigi Osler (MD, FRCSC, ICD.D) and Mikayla Hunter (MSc), as well as developed their healthcare skills and knowledge through workshops and case studies led by nurses, surgeons, doctors, PAs, and many more interdisciplinary healthcare professions.
